Leprosy Mission Shop Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1.    Where a church or other organisation has an established Leprosy Mission representative or Ambassador, goods should not be offered for sale within the church or other organisation without the express consent of that representative or Ambassador.
2.    It is preferable to order online via our website or phone for the up-to-date stock situation.
3.    The Ambassador order line number is 0330 124 2668. 
4.    All prices we quote are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
5.    Acceptance of an applicant wishing to become a Ambassador is subject to approval and may be terminated at any time.
6.    The Leprosy Mission Shop may not offer discount on certain lines in a catalogue (eg special offers, sale items, stamps, Gifts for Life etc.) If purchasing a sale item you will receive either the sale price or your Ambassador discount, whichever Is better.
7.    Postage and Packing varies based on the current campaign threshold.  We reserve the right to amend this at any time. Orders under the threshold will be charged £5 P&P.  The threshold is likely to increase to decrease depending on the time of year. 
8.    If paying on invoice, this will be sent to you via email. The initial credit limit will be £150 with 30 days from date of invoice. Payment for goods is the personal responsibility of the individual Ambassador and not of a church or organisation they may represent. However, The Leprosy Mission Shop reserve the right to contact any Church/ organisation for information in the event of invoices not being paid on time. 
9.    Discount on most catalogue goods is 20% (apart from Gifts for Life and exceptions in point 6). 
10.    Credit or Debit card payment of invoices should be made to our bank details which will be available on your invoices. Alternatively, you can pay by phone by calling 01733 404878 or send a cheque made payable to The Leprosy Mission Shop and send to The Leprosy Mission Shop, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, PE2 5GZ.
11.    Please write "Ambassador Scheme" on the back of cheques.
12.    There is strictly a no ‘sale or return’ policy on goods purchased under the Ambassador scheme.
